“I’m a values-driven, people-first leader who believes lasting success comes from building meaningful relationships and approaching every opportunity with clarity, integrity, and commercial focus.”

— Hazel Glen, Founder

Tali Scot is a reflection of my past, my present, and the future I’m building. At its core, it exists to connect, shape, and refine drinks businesses operating within the UK market.

My journey has been shaped by the people, experiences, and opportunities that have defined my career, bringing passion, energy, and a thoughtful, committed approach to every project and partnership.

With more than twenty-five years of experience spanning hospitality, recruitment, and property sales including the last fifteen years dedicated to the premium and luxury spirits sector; I bring a unique combination of commercial understanding, relationship-led thinking, and applied industry expertise.

Drawing on a decade of experience working closely with leading five-star hotels, fine dining venues, private members’ clubs, renowned cocktail bars, specialist retailers, and established restaurant groups, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of the UK drinks landscape and the nuances of premium and luxury environments.

Throughout this journey, I’ve built an extensive network of trusted industry relationships and led a wide range of specialist projects; from curating luxury spirits selections and bespoke whisky bottlings to securing exclusive limited releases and supporting strategic brand growth.

Tali Scot brings together: industry expertise, an independent perspective, and trusted guidance through a tailored approach designed to help drinks businesses grow, stand out, and succeed in the UK market.
